Terms and Conditions for Mobile Detailing Recurring Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to our mobile detailing recurring service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Service Overview:

    • Our mobile detailing recurring service provides regular vehicle detailing at scheduled intervals chosen by the customer.

    • Detailing services include services provided for starting detailing prices.

  2. Subscription and Payment:

    • Customers must subscribe to the recurring service by providing valid payment information.

    • Payment will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless canceled by the customer.

    • Customers are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date to avoid service interruption.

  3. Scheduling/rescheduling:

    • Customers must schedule detailing appointments in advance using our online booking system, mobile app or by contacting our customer service.

    • Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled with prior notice.

    • If you reschedule with a technician, you will be asked to accept the rescheduled appointment via your booking page on our website or mobile app.

    • Cancellation and Refunds:

    • We require a new membership customer to stay on their membership for 3 services. If you do not want to move forward with your membership for 3 services, then you will be charged the difference of a membership and a one-time service.

    • Refunds will not be provided for unused services if canceled mid-billing cycle.

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

  4. Service Area:

    • Our mobile detailing service operates within a specified service area.

    • Customers located outside the service area may incur additional charges or may not be eligible for the recurring service.

  5. Abuse Prevention:

    • Customers agree not to abuse the recurring service, including but not limited to:

      • Booking appointments with no intention of receiving the service.

      • Requesting excessive rescheduling or last-minute cancellations.

      • Providing false information to gain unauthorized access to the service.

    • Any abuse of the service may result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund.

  6. Liability:

    • Customers are responsible for removing valuable items from the vehicle before the detailing appointment.

  7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

    • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

    • Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

    By subscribing to our mobile detailing recurring service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not subscribe to the service.
